How did you start your business?
I started up my own window company 3 years ago after 17 years working in the trade manufacturing and installing windows and doors. After such a long time working the trade and meeting different people and gaining so much experience in life and in my work I decided it was time for me to make the big step and open my own window business and apply what I had learned from my Trade
What makes your services standout?
I feel what makes my service stand out from others is my personal and full time involvement in the projects that people employ me to complete for them. I feel that my company has a personal responsibility to its customers so with that in mind I am there first point of contact and they deal with me from the very beginning of there projects right through till there completion I personally deal with surveying,fitting and am always on site at any fit
What is your top advice for your customers?
I feel that somebody who is going to employ a company to do work for them in their home should be able to talk to previous customers and get their view on what they have experienced,so I always offer people the chance to contact people personally that I have recently done work for so they can hear their view of the workmanship and products I supply
